With over 10 years embedded in healthcare and banking programs, I've led everything from single-team Agile transformations to enterprise-wide technology rollouts affecting thousands of clinical and financial staff.
My career started in project delivery inside a regional bank, where I learned quickly that the gap between a plan and a successful outcome is almost always a people and process problem — not a technology one. That insight has shaped every engagement since.
I founded INSPUR to bring senior-level consulting to organizations that need real expertise, not a junior team managed from a distance. Every engagement is led personally. Every outcome is my responsibility.
Outside of client work, I'm a certified Scrum trainer, a regular speaker at healthcare technology conferences, and an advisor to two early-stage health-tech companies.
